  • Contribution Collection & Administration: The platform facilitates the systematic collection of member fund contributions. These funds are consolidated and maybe held in a designated cooperative account or the Attorney’s trust account on behalf of the Co-operative, managed independently by the cooperative or its appointed Lawyers. Qalo Ya Afrika’s system provides transparent tracking and reporting of these pooled contributions for cooperative leadership and members.
  • Curated SME Marketplace: Cooperatives gain exclusive access to our platform’s listing of pre-vetted South African SMEs actively seeking investment. This eliminates the need for cooperatives to spend extensive resources on sourcing and preliminary due diligence.
  • Standardized Investment Profiles: Each SME listed presents its information through a standardized, comprehensive digital profile. This includes business operations, market analysis, historical performance, and the specific details of their investment proposal, allowing for clear comparison and assessment by cooperative investment committees.
